At the Center for Speech Language and Learning Inc, your child's therapist regularly records evaluation data and tracks individual progress.

This important information is shared with your child’s primary care physician and is available for families to review, print, and share. You can find it in the CLIENT PORTAL access tab above.

To access your child’s information:

Please send your child’s name and your best email address to: office@csllinc.com.

As your email is added to your child’s account, you'll receive an email from FUSION (be sure to check your JUNK folder).

ACCESS the Client Portal:

Using the CLIENT PORTAL (above), enter your email and password or select 'forgot password'. As you access your child’s account, you can review, download, and share care plans, evaluations, and update personal information related to their occupational therapy and pediatric speech therapy sessions.

At the Center for Speech, Language, and Learning, Inc., we adhere to Minnesota State health guidelines to ensure your child's health and safety, which is our top priority. The staff at our speech improvement center continually monitors for symptoms of all illnesses and follows strict protocols, including:

- Thermometer forehead checks, if needed

- Therapists will pick up children at the door to limit foot traffic

- We assist each child with handwashing as necessary

- Increased cleaning and sanitation throughout the day
