MEET THE CSLL SPEECH THERAPY TEAM

Olivia C. M.S., CCC/SLP

Our Speech Language Pathologist LEAD, Olivia, received her bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSD) at Minnesota State University-Moorhead and her master’s in Speech Pathology at the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND. Olivia has always had a love for kids! Her special interest areas include articulation, AAC, and literacy and language disorders. As part of the speech therapy team, Olivia enjoys collaborating with occupational therapists to provide comprehensive EIDBI services. Her favorite thing about being an SLP is helping everyone find their voice and being a part of all the small and big milestones!

Haley B. M.S., CCC/SLP

Haley graduated from Winona State University in 2019 with an undergraduate degree in Sociology and a minor in Communication Studies. A year later, she crossed the state line to attend the University of Wisconsin-River Falls for graduate school, where she earned a master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.


With a strong passion for helping others, both young and old, Haley is excited to join the speech therapy team at CSLL, where she will contribute to EIDBI services. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, completing puzzles, traveling, and listening to music.

Erin B., M.S., CCC/SLP

Erin graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2021 with her undergraduate degree. She then decided to stay in Mankato where she obtained a master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. 


Erin has always had a passion for helping those around her, no matter what age. As part of the speech therapy team, she loves providing play-based therapy for children of all ages, as it helps foster growth in their expressive and receptive communication skills. Additionally, she is excited to contribute to EIDBI services that support families in need. 


In her free time, she enjoys taking care of her plants, spending time with friends and family, and trying out new crafts and hobbies.

We are so happy to have Erin as a valued team member with CSLL!

Maddie m., M.S., CCC/SLP

Maddie graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2021 with her undergraduate degree, and then stayed in Mankato to complete her master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Maddie has always had a passion for working with children of all ages and has previous experience as a literacy and inclusion specialist at a literacy/recreation camp throughout her time in Mankato. With her special interest areas including literacy and language disorders, fluency, and articulation, she is eager to join the speech therapy team providing EIDBI services this summer! When Maddie isn't working, she can be found thrifting, reading a good book, spending time with family and friends, or enjoying the St. Croix River on the pontoon!

LORI M., OTR/L

Registered Occupational Therapist LEAD, Lori has over 25 years of experience working with children in various locations and settings. After her time as a COTA in school and clinic environments, she returned to pursue a higher degree, earning her Registered Occupational Therapy degree at the University of St. Catherine in St. Paul. Currently, Lori boasts more than 20 years of experience as a Registered Pediatric Occupational Therapist, where she enjoys collaborating with families and the speech therapy team to help children learn new skills and become more independent in their daily activities. As a busy parent of three teenagers, she also enjoys music, reading, and cheering on her kids at sporting events, alongside volunteering with organizations that provide EIDBI services and support individuals with disabilities in the community.

Jenna E., OTR/L

Registered Occupational Therapist, Jenna, earned her Master's of Science in Occupational Therapy and Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences from The College of Saint Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota. With over 6 years of experience in pediatrics, she has been actively involved in providing EIDBI services to children. 


Jenna has always had a passion for helping children learn, grow, and reach their full potential! She believes every child possesses immense potential and finds joy in seeing the world through their eyes. Working alongside families and their children, especially as part of a dedicated speech therapy team, allows her to contribute to what truly matters to them.


In her free time, Jenna enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, hiking, fishing, skiing, and spending quality time with family and friends.

rachael l. cota/l

Rachael graduated from Anoka Technical College in May of 2013 with an Associate of Applied Science Degree as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. Rachael has always enjoyed interacting with children and has previously collaborated with families while providing EIDBI services as a personal care attendant for a variety of children with special needs. 


Rachael has experience in both pediatric and adult outpatient settings. Working in the pediatric occupational therapy field fulfills her passion of utilizing playful engagement to help children meet the demands of their daily life with success. She collaborates closely with the speech therapy team to ensure comprehensive support for her clients. 


In her free time, Rachael enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring the outdoors, photography, playing games, and immersing herself in a good book along with a cup of coffee.

Justin M. M.A. EIDBI-ABA Services, ADMINISTRATOR

EIDBI-ABA Services Administrator, Justin graduated from Muskingum University in 2018 with his undergraduate degree in Psychology. He went on to attend Capella University completing his master's degree in ABA.  Justin has been working with children with intellectual disorders for the past 5 years.  His broad experience includes providing EIDBI services in clinic settings, the community, and in-home. Justin has worked in multiple states—Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and now Minnesota—offering therapy to children with intellectual disorders. He collaborates closely with occupational therapists and the speech therapy team to ensure comprehensive support. Justin is hardworking and enthusiastic about providing meaningful support to clients, co-workers, and staff. His goal is to ensure quality behavior guidance and training of the behavior therapists while supporting families and clients, ultimately improving their skills and overall quality of life.

Stacey R. M.A., LICSW

Stacey is CSLL EIDBI services QSP: Qualified Supervising Professional. 

Stacey earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Masters degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. 

She has always had a passion for working with children of all ages and has ten years of experience working with children in different settings and programs. Stacey has served as a therapist and skills practitioner in the Children’s Therapeutic and Supports Services (CTSS program) and as a behavioral technician in the Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) program. Her goal is to provide a positive, safe, and fun learning environment for children at CSLL. When Stacey is not working with children she enjoys reading, hiking and traveling. 

jOSEPH c., M.A., BCBA

EIDBI-ABA Clinical Supervisor, Joseph graduated with his a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Behavior Analysis from University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire in 2012 and graduated with his master’s degree in Professional Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2017.

Joseph has been working with clients with developmental disabilities for over 15 years with varying ages between 2-21 years of age across various settings including clinics, community, and in-home services. 

In addition, Joseph enjoys a collaborative environment with speech therapy, occupational therapy, and ABA therapy. This leads to a well-rounded approach for achieving treatment goals for the clients. 

Outside of work, Joseph engages in various hobbies including camping, travel, hiking, playing music, video games, and raising his dog Buddy.

Gabby S., LEVEL 1, ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

Gabby graduated from Winona State University in 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in psychology and a minor in sociology. Currently, she is pursuing a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. 

Gabby started working with CSLL right out of college as a Behavior Therapist. Now as the EIDBI Administrative Coordinator, she enjoys working with both the clients and their families to provide an enjoyable experience at CSLL. 

Gabby is passionate about helping others and watching the clients grow every day! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and spending time outdoors!  

CHRIS B.,LEVEL 1, TEAM TRAINER | BCBA INTERN

EIDBI-ABA Team Trainer, Chris graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelors degree in Linguistics in 2005. 

Chris continued his education at the University of Florida, earning a masters degree in Linguistics in 2007, and at the University of California, earning a
PhD in Cognitive Science in 2015. 

Chris spent time in both Research (at the University of Minnesota) and in the corporate realm (at Medtronic, Inc.) before entering the world of ABA in May of 2024.
Chris is currently enrolled in a Masters of Special Education program with an ABA focus (Arizona State University) and is aiming to take the
BCBA exam in 2027. 

KEEGAN T., LEVEL 1, bt LEAD

EIDBI LEVEL 1, Behavioral Technician, Keegan graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2017 with a Bachelor of arts degree in physiology. He later went on to Concordia Saint Paul to complete a master's degree in prosthetic technology. 

Having worked with people with special needs in a group home for 6 years he has found a passion for assisting people improve their lives and meet their day to day needs. He has taken his skills to apply them to ABA with an interest in learning about the field and improving his teaching abilities. He has several creative pursuits such as baking, music, and video games in his spare time.

Marci M., csll business administrator

CSLL Business & HR Administrator, Marci studied Education and Business management while attending the University of Minnesota and Concordia University.  Marci brings 20+ years experience; teaching, directing, and managing education and special needs programs. 

Marci joined CSLL in 2019 and says, "I love the clients, staff, and mission of CSLL! I see the growth and development of clients firsthand as each visit brings new skills, discovery, learning, and fun." 

My goals include supporting the business, our programs, staff, and the daily schedule.  I want each client and staff to feel valued and welcome. 

In her free time, Marci enjoys spending time with family and friends, travel, hiking, listening to music, and enjoying the outdoors.
