Registered Occupational Therapist, Lori has 25+ years experience working with children in a variety of locations and settings.
Following her work as a COTA in school and clinic settings Lori returned to school to pursue a higher degree, earning her Registered Occupational Therapy degree at the University of St. Catherine in St. Paul.
Currently, Lori has 20+ years of experience working as a Registered Pediatric Occupational Therapist. She truly enjoys working with children and families, helping them to learn and experience new things and to become more independent in their daily activities.
She is also a busy parent of 3 teenagers. She enjoys music, reading, supporting her kids at sporting events, and enjoys volunteering with a variety of different organizations that support those with disabilities in the community.
Registered Occupational Therapist, Jenna, received both her Master's of Science in Occupational Therapy and Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences from The College of Saint Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota. Since then, she has been working in pediatrics for 5+ years.
Jenna's always had a passion for helping children learn, grow, and reach their full potential!
She believes every child has so much potential and finds it so much fun seeing the world through their eyes. She also feels fortunate to have the opportunity to work together with so many families and their children, especially getting to be a part of reaching what's important to them!
In her free time, Jenna enjoys traveling, the outdoors, hiking, fishing, skiing, and spending time with family and friends.
Rachael graduated from Anoka Technical College in May of 2013 with an Associate of Applied Science Degree as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. Rachael has always enjoyed interacting with children. She previously collaborated with families working as a personal care attendant providing services to a variety of children with special needs.
Rachael has experience in both pediatric and adult outpatient settings. Working in the pediatric occupational therapy field fulfills her passion of utilizing playful engagement to help children meet the demands of their daily life with success.
In her free time, Rachael enjoys spending time with friends and family, time outdoors, photography, games, and engulfing herself in a good book along with a cup of coffee.
Cherri attended Indianhead Technical College and graduated in 2015 with an Associate of Applied Science degree as Occupational Therapy Assistant. Prior to joining the CSLL team Cherri worked with a school district for 7 years. Cherri enjoys a good challenge and likes to come up with new ideas to help kids meet their goals. Cherri's focus and goal is to help each child learn and develop skills of independence. When not at work Cherri enjoys being outside working in the garden and in her flowers. She enjoys camping with her husband and kids.
Haley graduated from Winona State University in 2019 with an undergraduate degree in Sociology with a Communication Studies minor.
A year later, Haley decided to cross the state line and attended University of Wisconsin-River Falls for graduate school, earning a master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
She has always had a passion for helping others, those both young and old! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, completing puzzles, traveling, and listening to music. Haley is excited to begin her career here, at CSLL!
Olivia attended Minnesota State University in Moorhead, MN for her undergraduate degree and graduated with her master's in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND.
I have always loved working with kids. I got the opportunity to do my internship here at CSLL and I'm so happy to be back working here full time!
My special interests are AAC-Augmentative and Alternative Communication, feeding, and articulation.
When I am not working my husband and I enjoy traveling, cooking, playing games, and taking our dog Piper for walks!
Maddie graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2021 with her undergraduate degree, and then stayed in Mankato to complete her master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
Maddie has always had a passion for working with children of all ages and has previous experience working as a literacy and inclusion specialist at a literacy/recreation camp throughout her time in Mankato. Her special interest areas are literacy and language disorders, fluency, and articulation. She is excited to begin her time working with CSLL this summer!
When Maddie isn't working, she can be found thrifting, reading a good book, spending time with family and friends, or on the St. Croix River on the pontoon!
Speech Therapist Supervisor, Brenna attended Augustana University in Sioux Falls, SD for her undergraduate degree and graduated with a Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of South Dakota.
I've worked for private Applied Behavior Analysis clinics and outpatient clinics with clients of all ages, but developed a special interest in pediatrics.
I have a passion for augmentative and alternative
communication devices and early intervention/late talkers.
When not at work, my husband and I love board games, hiking, and relaxing with our dog, Coal!
BCBA, EIDBI-ABA Administrator, Steph graduated from UW-Stout in 2017 with her undergraduate degree in Health, Wellness, and Fitness, with a minor in Human Physiology.
She received her master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons University in 2020. Steph has worked with children and adults with intellectual disabilities for

EIDBI-ABA Trainer, Justin graduated from Muskingum University in 2018 with his undergraduate degree in Psychology.
Currently, he is attending Capella University to complete his master's degree in ABA.

He has been working with children with intellectual disorders for the past 3 years and has over 1500 hours of clinical experience. He has broad experience working in clinic, in the community, and in-home as well.
Justin has worked in multiple states; Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania and now Minnesota, providing therapy to children with intellectual disorders.
He is hard working and very enthusiastic providing meaningful support to clients, co-workers, and staff. His goal; to ensure quality behavior guidance, and training of the behavior therapists while providing support to the families and clients, improving their skills and overall quality of life.
